UNESCO Institute of Lifelong Learning Sub-Regional Workshop Held in Nairobi – Kenya

Sub-regional workshop on “Mobilizing higher education and distance learning assets, capabilities and networks to help accelerate progress towards Sustainable Development Goal 4 and the Agenda 2063 literacy targets in sub-Saharan Africa” held from 13 to 15 June 2017 at Hilton Nairobi, Kenya. The workshop was Jointly organized by the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) and the University of Nairobi in collaboration with the UNESCO Multi-sectoral Regional Office in Abuja and the UNESCO Multi-sectoral Regional Office in Nairobi. The Association of African Distance Learning Centres (AADLC) was represented by Mr. Charles Senkondo, the Secretary General AADLC and Executive Director of Tanzania Global Learning Agency (www.tagla.go.tz)
